    I eagerly await the bratwurst debate. Does this involve procedures of simmering and grilling? I got into a confusing discussion of this on chowhound's home cooking board once. Someone there actually thinks you should brown the sausages on the grill first and then simmer them in beer to cook them through. I continue to be perplexed by this.
